Superparamagnetic nanoparticles of calcium-doped manganese ferrites (CaxMn1-xFe2O4) were synthesized through a thermally assisted oxidative precipitation in aqueous media. XRD and Raman spectroscopy were carried out to assess the microstructural changes associated with stoichiometry. The magnetic properties were also assessed with the aim of understanding the heat efficiency displayed.
